Pricing for commercial cleaning and Air BnB contracts are negotiated as a quote after an initial consultation and walk-through of your property. To start the consultation process please contact us through any of our contact methods listed under the 'Contact' tab of the website.

For apartment complex trash collection (sometimes called trash valet service) our pricing is $10 per apartment unit per month.

Cleaning
We charge hourly for house cleaning which means the way our cleaning service works is that we clean whatever you want for the amount of time you want to book us for. We can of course provide estimations.

We come with all of our own equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have specific products you want to provide to us to use we can do that
as well. We are located in Asheville but are happy to serve clients within ~25 miles of Asheville.
